I would also recommend  
Kantenwein, Lee. Diagrammatical Analysis. Winona Lake, Ind. BMH, 1979.  ISBN
088469-150-0

It has a lot or sentences that need to be re-diagrammed, but it does cover
Greek, Hebrew, and English diagramming.
