To be a bit more productive today, I can point you to a very helpful
MS-Word Macro that converts Bibleworks Bwgrkl into Unicode. I have just
tested it and it works.
Download the file (ZIP) here:
http://www.bibleworks.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=55

Creator: John Kendall.

Now this is something I like. Just press a button and the machine works
for you. It looks rather funny to see the letters changing.
The font it changes to is Palatino, but you can just Ctrl-A it and
change it to Times or Arial or Gentium etc.
I think, the pragmatic option will be to type everything in your normal
way and the convert it with a Macro. The only drawback is that you
possibly have to adjust spaces, tabs etc.

Best wishes
