I really don't see how the function of TA PANTA in 8:32 has any bearing
whatsoever on the function of PANTA in 8:28 so far as determining beyond dispute
whether PANTA in 8:28 is subject or object of SUNERGEI. The syntactic problems
of 8:28, insofar as there are any, hang upon (a) whether we are to supply hO
QEOS as subject of SUNERGEI from the preceding TON QEON and (b) whether SUNERGEW
should here be taken as a transitive verb, as it ordinarily is not. The context
for understanding the Greek of Rom 8:28 lies within that verse itself, in my
judgment.
