Speaking as a book seller and not a Greek scholar, the question I would ask
you is "What would be more helpful in addition to the text?"  Have you
taught them how to use the textual apparatus or any principles of text
criticism?  If so then the UBS with the dictionary at the back gives them
more info but will be slower for them to use.  Myself I like the Zondervan
NT at early stages in learning because the vocab at the bottom of the page
excellerates the reading process.
