I'm forwarding this notice as a matter of interest to those B-Greekers who
are Mac-users (using OS X) and have the Accordance program as part of their
arsenal of tools for Biblical research. This is not a commercial program at
all. Jose has announced also that support for Hebrew tagged HMT texts has
been added to the application.

>Hello Accordance Users,
>
>Announcing the availability of a new application, Greek FlashCord. Quite
>simply, it is a Greek flashcard program that uses as its data file format
>the text files created in Accordance by saving an Analysis window. In this
>way, one can create vocabulary lists "on the fly"--quite handy indeed.
>
>Greek FlashCord can be found at the Accordance utility web page:
>
>>From the ReadMe file:
>"After launching FlashCord, you load a data file that was created with
>Accordance by saving an Analysis window of a tagged Greek module as a text
>file. In this way, you can very quickly create your own customized
>flashcard lists to quiz yourself on definition and parsing.
> - Reading 1 Corinthians and need to work on Pauline vocabulary?
> - Time to practice identifying and parsing "*MI" verbs?
> - Want to memorize each inflected form of every participle found in the
>second chapter of every New Testament book? Well, then you're strange, but
>you're also in luck. You can do that and much much more in FlashCord."
>
>Greek FlashCord runs on Mac OS X (tested on 10.3) and uses text files
>saved from a tagged Greek text (tested with Gramcord GNT). It is a 500k
>download.
>
>Cheers,
>Joe Weaks
>
>Joe Weaks is not affiliated with Oak Tree Software or the Gramcord
>Institute. (They have higher standards than that.)
