Thank you so very much for doing so, for it was not at all obvious to
me--although it clearly ought to have been!  

I think I missed it because, due to my worries about the greater number of
cases and (I believe) tenses in Greek as opposed to Germanic and Romance
languages, I somehow wasn't thinking in terms of voice.  (Duh!)

As I said, I'm too new to this to be called a beginner--although I have my
texts am now slowly starting out.

I am very grateful you chose in kindness to explain something so basic.

(Altogether embarrassed, as well.)

Perhaps I'll just lurk for the next 1000 years.
