[B-Greek] Interesting Critique of BDAG

In view of the discussion of the Poythress review of BDAG yesterday, I
think it may be useful to call attention (again) to Rod Decker's review of
the lexicon with its full set of links to the other reviews (including the
Poythress one) that have thus far appeared of BDAG. Surely nobody should
expect to find a compilation such as this monumental lexicon fully
satisfying in every respect, nor should one use any work such as this with
an uncritical mind, but if one is seriously contemplating purchase of a
work this important (and this expensive!), one would do well to look at
more than one review of it. Rod Decker has provided an inestimable resource
for an examination of several assessments of the strengths and weaknesses
of the work at:
