Almost without exception translations of the OT use the MT as their
translation base. None of the standard English Bibles of which I'm aware
profess to translate "more" from the LXX (though I've heard some people
castigate translations they don't like by stating the opposite :)
The MT is the translation base for all, though there may be varying degrees
to which various English translations use the LXX in resolving translation
difficulties, but this is always a relatively minor portion of the OT. I
don't know of any (though they may exist) standard English Bible OT which
*never* uses the LXX--and I think that includes even the KJV, though I can't
document that offhand.

There are very, very few translations of the LXX as such. There is the old
translation in the Bagster parallel LXX/English edition (done by Brenton),
and one by Thompson (interestingly, the secretary to the Continental
Congress!), but both are over 200 years old. The best thing coming in this
regard is NETS: New English Translation of the Septuagint, but only the
Psalter is available ([well-] done by Al Pietersma--who is on this list).
The Pentateuch is due "soon" (any update, Al Pietersma? [Al is not doing the
Pent., BTW]). There is also an Orthodox Church project to create a "NKJVish"
translation of the LXX.
