TIS and grammatical gender (Was Re: [B-Greek] 1 Timothy 5:8

I missed the earlier part of this, but are people suggesting that
grammatical gender and biological gender are always identical?

A couple of examples that spring to mind about grammatical and
biological gender always being the same are TO PNEUMA and the fact that
both neuter and masculine pronouns are used of this person.
HE ERHMOS is another that springs to mind...I am not quite sure how a
desert is either masculine or feminine.
