Since the BHMA was (1) a podium used by officials in addressing groups and 
(2) by extension a judicial tribunal, I can't particularly conceive of its being 
used with the sense "in".  Perhaps "at" or "before", but not "in".  But this 
is perhaps a reflection of English usage more than that of Greek.
