For classical Greek there is of course J.D. Denniston; The Greek Particles,
Oxford 1959. There exists a book about particles in the NT by Sofie
Trenkner, but I do not possess it and I cannot find the exact title.
Then you can find a short summary in Blass-Debrunner-Rehkopf, Grammatik des
neutestamentlichen Griechisch, Göttingen 1990, par. 442 ff.
For Hellenistic Greek, see M.E. Thrall, Greek Particles in the NT: Linguistic
and Exegetical Studies (Leiden: Brill, 1962). There is also J. Blomquist,
Greek Particles in Hellenistic Prose (Lund: Gleerup, 1969), but I think it's hard
to find. There are a number of studies done in articles (particularly with
SIL), but they usually focus on particular books. S. Levinsohn wrote Textual
Connections in Acts.
