It should be noted that in the Greek OT text from which this is quoted
(Ps 21.2 in LXX), as well as in the parallel in Mk 15.34, we find the
nominative for vocative.

This doesn't seem to me to be a vocative at all, but rather a
nominative in an elliptical exclamation:
hO KURIOS MOU KAI hO QEOS MOU [EI~]!
[You are] my Lord and my God!
As Wallace notes, all instances of a supposed vocative in exclamation
are disputed (GGBB, p. 70).
