[B-Greek] Scanning Funk's Grammar

Even better (IMO) would be to have one person scan the entire three volumes
and distribute the scanned images via FTP (or other protocol). It would
save postage and if a person wanted a paper copy of their section, they
could simply print the images.
I have a borrowed copy of Funk and the binding is so brittle that if I were
to attempt scanning, I would need to have it rebound.
