OmniPage will recognise the Greek along with the English. It does take some
work to "train" the OCR software to do it though. One thing that makes a
difference is to manually draw text zones on each page, otherwise it draws
several zones around disconnected text and the accuracy seems to diminish. I
have used e-Sword to paste in greek with the accents etc. using the byz GNT.
Then I reproof the page and tell it to recognise the greek and add it to the
user dictionary. As I progress, the accuracy improves. The english comes out
in Times New Roman and the Greek in TITUS Cyberbit Basic which are both
unicode I believe. Anyways, I can open it up in WordPerfect and do a search
and replace of the fonts used and convert it to any desired font! It takes
work but it can be done.
