Craig, I don't see it in BDAG, but I did a quick search in the "Middle
Liddel" for hOPH and got the following:

"hope, Ep. hoppe, Dor. hopa, Ion. hoke, Adv. (properly dat. from an old
Pron. *hopos):
	I. of Place, by which way, Lat. qua; also = hopou, where, Lat.
ubi, Hom.; sometimes much like hopoi, whither, Lat. quo, Hom.,
Hdt., Aesch.
		2. c. gen., hope gas, Lat. ubi terrarum, where in the world, Eur.
II. of Manner, in what way, how, Hom., Att.; hope an, with
subjunct., like other Conjunctions, hope an doke amphoterois Foed. ap.
Thuc.:— esth’ hope or estin hope in any manner, in some way, Plat."

I have the "Great Scott," but am too lazy right now to drag it out.
