The ESV reads "you once fully knew it" and I find that to be a good 
understanding of the text.

However, much of how you translate this text is going to come down to a text 
critical decision. Neyrey, Bauckham, and the ESV all seem to go against the 
reading given in NA 27:

EIDOTAS hUMAS PANTA hOTI hO KUPIOS hAPAC

Bauckham takes this as:

EIDOTAS hAPAC PANTA

He says the reading of NA 27 seems to be a way to smooth out the text. I am 
not convinced by that argument, though it has its merits.
