I omitted an important book in my previous post, perhaps the best of the
lot:

6) Hellenistic Greek Texts, Allen Wikgren ISBN: 0226896889
        Sacred and secular texts, including OT, NT, Apocrypha,
Pseudepigrapha, Philo, Josephus and the papyri. Has vocabulary but no
notes.
