If by "rules" you mean that the genitive phrases ENTOLHS SARKINHS and ZWHS
AKTALUTOU depend upon the nouns in reasonable proximity to them, NOMON and
DUNAMIN respective, well, yes--that's a rule, not so much one that "must be
obeyed" as that it is a tendency which one expects to see observed with
some regularity. The other involved here is that the adjective normally
agrees with the noun in qualifies in number, gender, and case as SARKINHS
is gen. sg. fem. as is ENTOLHS; AKATALUTOU is 2-termination adjective
meaning that the form AKATALUTOU is gen. sg. and both masc. and fem.
