[B-Greek] Acts 13:52 TE or DE

I have not read the material in depth, but Stephen Levinsohn's Textual 
Connections in Acts, chapter two in the second portion deals with issues 
related to Te Solitarium. His basic conclusion is that 1) TE conjoined 
sentences have the same Developmental Units and 2) TE in the text can 
beaexplained as a factor of one/or both of these factors a) close affinity 
and/or b) unequal value. (pg 136)
Other important implications of TE usage in Acts according to Levinsohn are
1. Linking different events which from the outlook of the speak have the 
same subject
2. For additional statements about the same event
3. To introduce a the specific lead-in to a Significant Development
4. Or to Introduce a response
