If following the book, you should use the "tone" example like that taught in
the book.

That may also free you up to work out you learning consistently, without
worrying about 

'looking over your shoulder'

Mr Buth,

 

Should I stick with the Mounce file for "hora" or should I make up a new one
with an "o" like "tone" for the omega since that is the sound that is taught
in the book?
