Danker, in BDAG, calls this "sweet new wine", and refers to Nicander,
Alexiph 493: GLEUKOS, hO LEGETAI EN SUNEQEIA MOUSTOS = "GLEUKOS,
commonly referred to as must".

In modern English, "must" can refer to grape juice before or during
fermentation - the further along it is, the more alcohol it has. But a
lot of alcohol can develop over a week or two - for red wines, the
initial fermentation is anywhere from several days (for a light red) to
several weeks.

I'm guessing that this verse refers to stuff that isn't really wine yet,
but has alcohol. To me, that seems to be what Danker is saying.
