It helps if you put the Greek expression into English expression (that is,
the Greeks didn't speak in stilted fashion). Think of it this way - Judas
said "It's not me, is it?" hoping for a "No" answer, but Jesus replies, "You
said it!" At any rate, Jesus (or anyone who would answer such a question)
was not under grammatical obligation to answer "Yes" or "No" - that is,
Judas' grammar might have been expecting a "No", but there was no reason
anyone would have to answer that with a "No".
"You said it" also applies in v. 64.
