I've done this for you. May I urge you hereafter and any others who don't
know how to manage their own accounts at our web-site, to send a message to
me or one of the other list-administrators directly, rather than sending
such a request to the entire list? Thanks.

For those willing to do it for themselves, here's a repeat of the how-to
from a message I sent last October:
