[B-Greek] Funk's Beginning-Intermediate grammar - BDF replacement

My 1999 reprint carries the same promise.  It is published by Sheffield
Academic Press, now swallowed up by Continuum (
http://www.continuumbooks.com/ ) who only list this volume on their web
site.  

You can put me down for some proofreading of the scans if this project gets
off the ground
