Dear Wieland,
Though I do not know the secondary literature——not only is it clearly 
dependent on Luke 2:14 but it is also heavily Christological. As you no 
doubt know you can find the Greek text Rahlfs, both the Handausgabe and 
Psalmi cum Odis (no. 14)
