I think George has summarized what remains for now the thinking of the
administrative staff of B-Greek. Steve Westfall's guess about the intention
of the original poster is indeed correct, as was indicated to me in an
off-list posting. As of now we continue to forward messages to list-members
in plain-text ASCII only, and for that reason we continue to use the
standard transliteration scheme explained in the list's FAQ.
