I certainly agree with you about the font. My eyes have definitely got
old and cannot cope with italics, so I have to use a magnifier to read the
type which would have been plenty big enough if a straight font had been
used. And I find it a real pleasure to handle. True, it won't fit in most
pockets, but if the pages had been truly pocket size, either there would
have been very little content on each page or the type would have been
much smaller (which wouldn't have done).
