[B-Greek] New Work on the Johannine Epistles Greek Text

Although the publication blurb says this is to be out in October, it's
listed at Amazon as "not yet published." What Kevin has cited below is in
fact taken directly from the publisher's blurb. I worked through a
preliminary version of this book early in the summer, and it was my
impression that it was supposed to be available for the SBL meeting next
month.
