Josh,
I am a computer geek/guru/whiz myself, but the painful reality is that
the best way to learn paradigms rote memory is by writing them out on
index cards and drilling them this way. The same goes for vocabulary. I
have written a program to drill customized vocabulary lists and
inflected forms, but it runs on Mac OS X. Go to teknia's website that
is designed to accompany Mounce's Greek text book and you'll find a
flashcard program and a parsing program. It should certainly meet your
needs.
I've only been reading Greek since I started in college 12 years ago.
Cheers,
Joe
