This is not really theologically weighted at all; the addition of an
explicit personal pronoun in the appropriate person and number makes the
simple verb form with the personal pronominal ending
(-W/-EIS/-EI/-OMEN/-ETE/-OUSI(N)) more emphatic. The pronoun is often used
where there are parallel or antithetical clauses.
