Dear Sam,
I don't know whether this is too late to help, but I note that
www.abebooks.com has various editions of BDAG Greek-English Lexicon
available.
Starting from $15 for an abridged version, $18-$45 for 1st edn copies, and
from $45 for the 1979 2nd edn copies.
The unabridged editions attract extra postage due to size and weight.
