GEWRGW - XAIREIN (lit. 'to George-[I wish you] to be happy)
Listening is something that we specialize in with materials at the BLC
below. We have materials that may help you.
However, there are three points to balance:
1. the material uses a Koine pronunciation (see the website, under Greek
materials, for a ten-page description and discussion with supporting ancient
evidence.)
2. While the first part is on 3 CDs, the second part of the course is still
on 11 cassettes. (The CD revision and expansion) is now scheduled to be
available for a Spring class this year.)
3. the course is relatively expensive. The final CD versions will retail
around $170, though purchases of part one ($79) will be given a credit
towards it.
Let us know if we can help.
