My library obtained a copy of this book for my perusal and after spending
just an hour or two looking it over I set it aside. After recently reading
Helma Dik, Caragounis' book sounded like it was written in the stone age.
Of course Caragounis' objectives are completely different. IMHO, he is
traveling down a road that leads to nowhere.

I don't intend to defend this statement :-) but I am sure there are others
who are students of post-modern linguistics will have the same take on
Caragounis.
