I believe I saw such an animal at the bookstore at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on
Hillcrest in Dallas yesterday. It was big and thick and in a black binding, and it was NOT the
[Modern] Greek Bible I have seen elsewhere. I didn't look at it carefully enough to see if it was
the LXX Greek OT and the Koine NT. You might want to check some Greek Orthodox churches or publishing companies, or call the bookstore at Holy Trinity.
