I've taught a one-semester crash course in Greek, meeting 5 days a
week for a semester, but I wouldn't recommend it. The book used at
CUNY and UC-Berkeley for their summer 6-week 8-hour-a-day course is
Hardy Hansen's Greek: An Intensive Course (Paperback)
