Actually this one can be found! I own one. It is just as you described
with Greek and Hebrew.

It's a bit pricey as you would expect for such a work. I had this one
rebound in soft leather. I figured hardback leather would make it too
heavy as it's already a hefty volume. It costs about $100 for a nice
leathe binding at the local bindery. It's rather cheaper for library
style bindings, but my texts are my most used and treasured tools,
they're worth the investment. Anybody on here know good binderies,
especially with websites?
