Just a quick check in the ConcEyst database (Greek inscriptions from
Asia, free download!) gives a twenty odd instances, though a few of them
reconstructions.
Likewise the Duke Databank gives five instances.
Which proves the point that though LSJ was impressive for its time,
times have changed.
