[B-Greek] Nominalisation

Can anybody suggest any literature on the use of
nominalisations/grammatical category shift in the NT? I'd be glad of a
formal description of available strategies in Greek, but also anything
from a stylistic direction, including on specific passages. I'm not
thinking of things like agent nouns, just expressions of processes or
properties in nominal form.

These are the strategies in Greek that I can think of:
* deverbal/deadjectival nouns
* infinitives, esp. with article

Have I missed anything? How often is a finite verb/clause nominalised
with the article?

Many thanks,
Ruth Mathys
