[B-Greek] Martyrdom of Polycarp 8:2 clause

It looks like this to me:
After all, what harm is it to say, "Caesar is Lord", and do the offering,
and the [various] things that come afterwards [that follow these things],
and to be saved [from execution]?
I make AKOLOUQA a present active neuter plural participle of AKOLOUQEO.
As for DIASWZESQAI, you could expand it to something like "and come through
unscathed", since the DIA perfective lends the flavor of getting through
something safely.
