KAI EIPEN AUTOIS hO IHSOUS, MH DUNANTAI hOI hUIOI TOU
NUMFWNOS EN hWi hO NUMFIOS MET’ AUTWN ESTIN NHSTEUEIN;
hOSON CRONON EXOUSIN TON NUMFION MET’ AUTWN OU
DUNANTAI NHSTEUEIN.

My default gloss is "able" for DUNAMAI but it seems
awkward in English here. Doesn't seem like Jesus is
saying the disciple are not "able" to fast, but
something different. When others see DUNAMAI, what
glosses come to your mind in contexts as these?
