I have the Teach Yourself book. It is a toughy, but a really good book. I use 
it for doctor's appointments, because it fits in my purse. Excellent as a 
review text! I have it tagged and highlighted and...well it's a mess. I use it 
more as a reference book than a textbook.

We use so many books :-0 I have the Hudson version too :-) And the 30 minutes 
a day, and Mounce and Machen and...

There is audio, printable flash cards, etc for the first 6 chapters of Learn 
to read NTG at the link below.
