anyone know if there is a GNT with the LXX bound together in one
volume?

You should check for OLD editions of Greek Bibles from the Greek
Orthodox church or bookstores that carry material for Greek Orthodox.
The NT will be a 'textus receptus'//Byzantine type. I have a modern
Greek//ancient Greek diglot NT but not a whole Bible. You will need to
check that the Greek Bible that you find is not a 'modern' translation
('modern' is often kathareuousa//old-modern). If you want Ralfh's LXX,
you will need to buy the handy but fat single volume from UBS, then
buy the thin NA27, and have a book binder put the two together for you
into a really fat, small volume. We used to do that with Hebrew and
Greek Bibles over here. Book-binders would even put on gold lettering
Hebrew and Greek. I would still do that as it allows the versions you
select to be bound.
