If you're using a Unicode-capable program to edit your book (e.g. Word
2004, Nisus Writer Express, several others) any of several fonts on your
system will display Greek: Lucida Grande, for instance, or Arial. But
you'll need an input system. I'd suggest you check out Alan Wood's pages at:

and then you might also look at "Unicode Keyboards for Mac OS" at
http://www.wordherd.com/keyboards/
You might also want to look at the TLG site's resources for Unicode:
