It appears in this exact form in Origen In Jeremiam 20.2.25 Fragmenta in
Psalmos 118.47,48.13 Selecta in Psalmos 12.1289.35. A search of the TLG
for this form with three words separating each of its elements does not
reveal any other instances in Greek lit. before the 3rd Cent. CE
I can do a search on a variant of the form if you like. Just let me know.
