As far as I have learned it is neither from those two.

Also 'son of God' is anthropomorphic.  Should not be taken as
biological or human dimension. It would be coincidence that Jesus
(male human) be the person.

Reliable modern references say

 -GENHS  is derived from GENOS  'kind/race' rather than from GINOMAI 
'to be born',

 don't they?
