The LXX of Psalm 11:5 (10:5) reads
KURIOS EXETAZEI TON DIKAION KAI TON ASEBH hO DE AGAPWN ADIKIAN MISEI THN
hEAUTOU YUCHN.
Most translations read something like "...but His soul hates the wicked and
the one who loves violence..." "His soul" being the subject of the last clause,
but the last phrase in the LXX is THN hEAUTOU YUCHN "the soul (of him)" is in
the Accusative which sounds like this is referring the the soul of the
wicked. Is this correct? and is this consistent with the Heb?
