Let's get more of the text before us

AKOUSANTES DE ANASTASIN NEKRWN hOI MEN EXLEUAZON, hOI DE EIPAN,
AKOUSOMEQA SOU PERI TOUTOU KAI PALIN.

I don't intend to deal with the question which you raise, but with the
subject of concord between a pronoun and its antecedent.

Here we do have a fem noun (ANASTASIS) which has a demonstrative which is
neuter referencing it. I might add a few more which likewise have a fem
N and a neut PN, but the list is not to be understood as exaustive. The
noun is denoted by (*) and the pronoun by (+).

Mt 27.33 KAI ELQONTES EIS TOPON LEGOMENON * GOLGOQA *, + hO + ESTIN
KRANIOU TOPOS LEGOMENOS
Mk 15.42 KAI HDH OYIAW GENOMENHS, EPEI HN * PARASKEUH * + hO + ESTIN
PROSABBATON,
Jn 9.7 KAI EIPEN AUTWi, hUPAGE NIYAI EIS THN * KOLUMBHQRAN * TOU SILWAM
(+ hO + hERMHNEUETAI APESTALMENOS).
