[B-Greek] Imperatives side by side

2 Tim 2:22 starts

TAS DE NEWTERIKAS EPIQUMIAS FEUGE, DIWKE DE
DIKAIOSUNHN, PISTIN, AGAPHN, EIRHNHN..

What inferences can be drawn from the placement of
FEUGE and DIWKE here? Would these be considered two
separate acts, each performed with separate
determination? Or, could there be some implicit
relationship between fleeing X and pursuing Y? (I
realize a better way to express this would be for
DIWKW to have been used in a participial form (flee by
means of pursuing), but I thought I'd ask.)
