As I recall, e.g.:
hUPHRETHS: It goes on at length about how this person was the "under-rower" in the belly of
the ship, and chained to the ship, and how this word thus means that kind of person is thus a
slave of Christ and has no freedom of his own.
AGAPH: It writes about the 4 kinds of love (versus our one word "love" in English), and how
AGAPH is the kind of love based on reason, not feeling, and that it's the kind of love that loves
a person for what they are, not what one feels about them, as opposed to, e.g., FILOS, which
means an affectionate, cherishing kind of love.*
DUNAMIS: It explains that this is the kind of power that God has in Himself.
Just my recollection.
* I thought I had read at some time that there has been some discussion that AGAPH may
have a special NT meaning versus FILOS, as opposed to the somewhat interchangeability in
Koine times between the verb forms AGAPAW versus FILEW, but I recall looking the nouns up
in LSJ and BDAG recently and found that AGAPH and FILOS have and did have semantic
overlap (unfortunately, my books are all packed in preparation for a move), and I John 4 seems
to link AGAPH to AGAPAW such that whatever meaning AGAPAW has can be linked pretty
closely to AGAPH (and thus if AGAPAW and FILEW are somewhat interchangeable, the
same could be said about AGAPH and FILOS).
