[B-Greek] EXESTAKENAI in Acts 8:11: transitive or intransitive?

But nobody was equating grammar between a medieval and a koine text.
Stephen was quoting from a medieval source a comment that clearly showed
that that author understood the Koine text in a transitive sense. The
medieval text cited is a comment on Acts 8:11, not a grammatically
parallel construction.

The point is that medieval greek texts are not Koine greek texts. To
equate the grammar of the two is to equate modern American English
grammar with Shakesperean grammar.
